From humble meat market to premiere steakhouse—Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille celebrates its 35th anniversary this summer

Perry’s Steakhouse first opened in 1979 as a small meat market in the Houston area. Over the last 35 years, Perry’s has grown to nine family-owned steakhouses across Texas and last year opened in Chicago, its first restaurant outside the Lone Star State. By staying true to its roots, the fine dining establishment has developed a loyal following and will open two additional locations in 2014. Perry’s will open in Park Meadows Mall in the Denver area in September and in Stonebriar Centre in Frisco, Texas in November.

As Perry’s continues to grow, the family-owned business remains committed to supporting the communities it serves. From offering a Pork Chop lunch every Friday for $11.95 to its involvement with local charities and support of Restaurant Weeks, the group of restaurants is always trying to find ways to thank its neighbors. In honor of their 35^th anniversary, Perry’s is extending its classic summer anniversary promotion, 4444 (4 courses for $44 after 4 p.m.), into August.
