Perry’s Steakhouse in Henrico County, Va., recently celebrated the life of Emmie, a terminally ill golden retriever, alongside her family, providing the dog with a hearty and heartfelt final feast.
In August 2025, the Blumenthal family received especially difficult news: their dear dog had an aggressive form of blood cancer, and she had just two to six months left, per CBS affiliate 6 News.
