Perry’s Famous Pork Chop Named Among Top 100 Favorite Dishes by Houston Press
Robb Walsh prefers the original Perry’s location on Scarsdale; in fact, it came in at No. 20 on his list of last year’s 100 Favorite Dishes. But when I feel like getting dressed up and pigging out, I go for one of the high-falutin’ Perry’s locations to indulge in its finest dish: that famous pork chop, served with Perry’s housemade applesauce.
