Today, with locations across the country, the brand started as a meat market in Houston in 1979. And since Chris Perry opted to add dining tables on-site, the company has maintained its commitment to quality beef. Today, it’s evident in Perry’s popular Caramelized Prime Rib, made with USDA-aged Prime steaks, which is only available on Thursdays.
Roasted over pecan wood, the 16-ounce cuts have a crust and are caramelized, then topped with Perry’s steak butter and served with Truffle Merlot Demiglace and homemade horseradish cream.
