Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille’s First Arizona Restaurant to Open Spring 2026 in Gilbert’s Northside at SanTan Village

PHOENIX (May 13, 2025) – Texas-based Perry’s Restaurants, a group of award-winning restaurants, is
proud to announce its first Arizona location, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille, in the Greater Phoenix area.
Perry’s will be located at Northside at SanTan Village, Gilbert’s premier destination for shopping and
dining in the East Valley, and is set to open in Spring 2026.

“We’ve been waiting for the right moment to introduce Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille to Arizona and are
excited to finally make our way into the greater Phoenix area,” said Chris Perry, founder and owner of
