Houston Chronicle: Local fine dining fans can participate in month-long food bank benefit
At least three local fine dining establishments are participating in this year’s Houston Restaurant Weeks event, from Aug. 1 through Sept. 1. Peli Peli, Perry’s Steakhouse and Piqueo Restaurante are offering specially crafted dinner menus with each donating at least $5 to the Houston Food Bank for each dinner diner.
Perry’s Steakhouse offers a three-course dinner for $45, with $7 going to the food bank, and features your choice of an 8 oz. filet, pork chops or grilled salmon along with salad and dessert options. Perry’s Steakhouse is located at 9730 Cypresswood in Houston.
