Just got your order from the Perry’s Steakhouse Online Market and ready to savor the experience at home? Follow these instructions to enjoy your chop or steak at home!

  • Pork Chop: Lunch-Cut

    Perry’s Famous Pork Chop: Lunch-Cut Portion

    Use the below instructions for heating one Lunch-Cut Chop. Pork chops shipped through Perry’s Steakhouse Online are fully cooked and frozen (with dry ice) with separate steak butter container as well as Heating & Cooking Instructions.

    Oven (Recommended)
    1. Thaw completely by placing on a plate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
    2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
    3. Remove the pork chop from plastic casing.
    4. Place pork chop on aluminum foil, pour 2 tbsp of water at base of the chop, and wrap loosely to create a dome.
    5. Bake for 30 minutes.
    6. Remove from Oven, open the dome, and spread Perry’s Steak Butter on top of chop. Close the dome and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then serve & enjoy!
    Microwave Microwave
    1. Thaw completely by placing on a plate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
    2. Vent the casing of the pork chop by cutting a slit in the top.
    3. Place pork chop with its plastic wrap in microwave on high heat for 4 and a half minutes.
    4. Spread Perry’s Steak Butter on top of the chop and let stand for one minute before serving.

  • Pork Chop: Dinner-Cut

    Perry’s Famous Pork Chop: Dinner-Cut Portion

    Use the below instructions for heating one Dinner-Cut Chop. Pork chops shipped through Perry’s Steakhouse Online are fully cooked and frozen (with dry ice) with separate steak butter container as well as Heating & Cooking Instructions.

    OvenOven (Recommended)
    1. Thaw completely by placing on a plate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
    2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
    3. Remove the pork chop from plastic casing.
    4. Place pork chop on aluminum foil, pour 2 tbsp of water at base of the chop, and wrap loosely to create a dome.
    5. Bake for 45 minutes.
    6. Remove from Oven, open the dome, and spread Perry’s Steak Butter on top of chop. Close the dome and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then serve & enjoy!
    MicrowaveMicrowave
    1. Thaw completely by placing on a plate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
    2. Vent the casing of the pork chop by cutting a slit in the top.
    3. Place pork chop with its plastic wrap in microwave on high heat for 9 minutes.
    4. Spread Perry’s Steak Butter on top of the chop and let stand for one minute before serving.

  • Steaks: Any Cut

    Perry’s Steakhouse Steaks: Any Cut

    Follow the below instructions for heating your Perry’s Steakhouse Steak. Our steaks are shipped fully
    cooked and frozen (with dry ice), alongside a separate steak butter container and Heating & Cooking
    Instructions.

    Grill (Required)
    1. Thaw completely by placing on a plate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
    2. Heat grill to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
    3. Season steak with Perry’s Signature Steak Seasoning and place steak directly onto grill.
    4. Grill steak to desired temperature, only flipping the steak one time.
    5. Remove steak from grill, top with Perry’s Signature Steak Butter and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

  • Steaks: Porterhouse

    Steaks: Porterhouse

    Use the below instructions for cooking our Porterhouse. Steaks shipped through Perry’s Steakhouse Online are fully raw and frozen (with dry ice packs) with Heating & Cooking Instructions.

    Grill (Required)
    1. Thaw completely.
    2. Preheat grill 450 degrees Fahrenheit. If possible, have one side of the grill set as hot as possible for searing and the other side set low or off for ambient cooking.
    3. The 40 oz. thick-cut porterhouse is a large steak which requires a good amount of seasoning.   Apply a heavy layer of Perry’s Signature Seasoning to top and bottom.
    4. Place on the hottest spot of the grill and sear for 5 minutes per side.  Move steak to low heat and continue to cook for an additional 7-10 minutes on each side if cooking to medium doneness (temperature 135 to140).
    5. Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
    6. Cover with Perry’s Signature Steak Butter and serve.

  • Pork Chop Bites

    Perry’s Famous Pork Chop Bites

    Use the below instructions for heating Perry’s Famous Pork Chop Bites.

    OvenOven (Recommended)
    1. Thaw completely by placing on a plate in the
      refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
    2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    3. Create a foil pack or place in an oven-safe container
      and cover with foil.
    4. Place foil pack or oven-safe container in the oven on a center rack.
    5. Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until heated throughout.
    6. Remove from oven and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Remove from foil or container and serve.
    Grill
    1. Thaw completely.
    2. Preheat grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or medium heat.
    3. Create a foil pack and place all ingredients from bag into the foil pack.
    4. Place on the grill and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until heated throughout.
    5. Remove from grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Remove from foil pack, serve and enjoy!
    Boil in Bag
    1. Thaw completely.
    2. Fill a pot with enough water for the entire bag of pork chop bites to be fully submerged.
    3. Bring water to a simmer.
    4. Allow to cook, submerged, for 10-12 minutes.
    5. Remove from water and let rest for 3-5 minutes.
    6. Remove from bag, serve and savor!
  • Sides

    Choose one of the below options for heating any of Perry’s sides.

    OvenOven
    1. Thaw completely by placing tray on a plate and leaving
      in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
    3. Transfer thawed product from plastic tray to oven
      safe container
    4. Place in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until heated throughout.
    5. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
    MicrowaveMicrowave
    1. Vent tray by puncturing the seal.
    2. Heat on high for 3 minutes.
    3. Remove seal and stir.
    4. Heat on high for 2 minutes.
    5. Let stand for 2 minutes.
