Chop, Chop: Award-winning Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille Opens Sept. 22 at Park Meadows

Perry’s Restaurants, a Texas-based, family-owned group of award-winning steakhouses, is celebrating the opening of its first location in Colorado. The 11^th steakhouse in the company, and only the second location to open outside Texas, will open to the public on Monday, Sept. 22 and is located near the Vistas at Park Meadows Retail Resort.

The 11,000 square-foot restaurant accommodates over 400 guests. Features include an open concept kitchen, a towering wine wall, an island bar, four private dining rooms for groups and special occasions. Hardly a traditional stuffy steakhouse, Perry’s philosophy of design and architecture is driven by each individual location. Prominent windows provide sprawling views from the bar that create an ambiance that stands out from the competition.

Famous for its selection of butcher-fresh Prime beef, Perry’s is also known for its unexpected steakhouse specialty – Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, a seven-finger tall chop that is dried, cured and roasted, then caramelized and topped with Perry’s signature herb-garlic butter. Perry’s is also home to Bar 79, named after the year Perry’s was founded.
