Eater Denver: Perry’s Steakhouse Will Open Next Week At Park Meadows
Perry’s Restaurants, a Texas-based, family-owned group of steakhouses, will open its first Colorado outpost on Monday, September 22 near the Vistas at the Park Meadows Mall. This second location of the group outside Texas is a 11,000 square-foot restaurant that accommodates over 400 guests.

Perry’s is known for its steaks but also for the house specialty – Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, a seven-finger tall chop that is dried, cured and roasted, then caramelized and topped with a signature herb-garlic butter.
